1. Agreement

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into an agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind the company.

2. Services

We provide growth marketing services. Specific scopes, timelines, and fees are defined in separate proposals or MSAs/SOWs.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or misleading activity
• No interference with site or service operation
• No misuse of third‑party platforms or APIs

4. Intellectual property

We retain rights in our pre‑existing IP, methodologies, and templates. You retain rights to your trademarks and content. Deliverables are licensed or assigned as agreed in writing.

5. Testimonials and claims

Case studies and testimonials are illustrative; results vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as‑is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non‑infringement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach after notice and a cure period, or for convenience as specified in the applicable order.

9. Governing law

Governing law and venue are as specified in your order (default: Germany, if your business is registered there). International private law rules do not apply.
